In our commitment to provide you with quality service, we would like to inform you that starting August 20, 2008 (Wednesday), we will be implementing a new security policy that will reduce unsolicited e-mail or “spam” on the Globe Broadband network.
You need not configure your e-mail if:
1. You are using Globe Broadband’s webmail service (http://webmail.globelines.com.ph) to send and receive e-mail.
2. You are using a web browser like Internet Explorer or Mozilla to access your emails via services like Yahoo Mail, G-Mail, or Hotmail.
3. You use a static IP address since you availed of selected Globe Business Bundle (i.e., Trader, Tycoon and Taipan).
If you use Outlook Express, Eudora or similar e-mail clients to send and receive e-mail, please visit our website at http://www.globelines.com.ph for a guide on alternative options for email client users. For Globe Business Bundle subscribers under Trader Lite, please visit our website at http://sme.globelines.com.ph for a step-by-step procedure.
